  13.   12 and 13 load the Part 1 and 2
  14.   Tones. In the case of the Tone
  15.   Bank, the Pch# is not used for
  16.   loading or sending banks. Instead
  17.   it is used to select the Part that
  18.   the Tone is sent to when a Tone is
  19.   auditioned from a Tone Bank.
